Praline Apple Pie Recipe
This is my very favorite fall pie!

Recipe
Plush Pippin Apple Pie, $3 at Walmart! (I haven't found these wonderful pies in several years, so I stocked my freezer)
Bring butter, brown sugar and whipping cream to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium, heat, stirring often. Boil one minute. Remove from heat. Whisk in vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour praline mixture slowly over pie, spreading to cover. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
Oh, and sell some pie plates! Include this recipe!

Beginning November 1, Home Consultants who reach $100 or more in sales credit will double their Factory Store commissions in the months of November and December, starting from the date they reached the $100 in sales credit.
Home Consultants who do not reach $100 in sales credit in November have a "second chance" to earn double Factory Store commission in December when they reach $100 or more in sales credit in the month of December. Double commission will be paid from the date they reach $100 in sales credit through December 31.
Leaders have the opportunity to double their Factory Store commissions for November and December when they meet the same sales criteria ($100 in sales credit). Leaders who reach $250 in sales credit each month will receive double overrides on Factory Store sales each month.
Leaders who do not reach $100 in sales credit in November will have a "second chance" to double their Factory Store commissions for December once they reach $100 or more in sales credit , and an opportunity to double their overrides for December on Factory Store sales when they reach $250 or more in sales credit in December.
Overrides will be paid from the date that leaders reach $250 in sales credit each month.
The additional November Factory Store commissions and overrides will be paid as a bonus on December 9, 2011.

Send a small Halloween Goodie Bag with a few fun treats and a note attached that says, “I’ll TREAT you to a FUN Evening with friends when you host an October Party!”
Gobble Up November Bookings!
Send them a flyer that you have created with a fun picture of a turkey that includes the invitation to: “GOBBLE Up the Savings as a November Host!”
Deck the Halls for December Bookings!
Invest in a few boxes of microwave popcorn and send a bag with the November/December Flyer to 10 – 12 people with a note that says: “Can I POP over to do a Popping FUN party with your friends in December?” Look for paper popcorn boxes or bags (at your local Dollar or Party Supply Stores) to use as part of your Host Packet or as invitations.

September is New Customer Month and new customers mean new business. What will you do differently for your business this month to add new people to your mailing list, new hosts to your calendar and new people to your team?

- Reach out to your current customers and hosts and ask for referrals. They know you and love your customer service and will gladly give you referrals. Imagine everyone on your current customer list giving you two referrals this month. Create a fun incentive for customers who give you two new referrals by giving them an entry into a drawing for a special prize, such as the Social Gathering Basket.
