Some of the best resources for finding new customers are already part of your everyday business, and if not, you can start now with these ideas:
  • Expand your thinking – and your reach – to social and professional networking sites. Are you on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google+? Don’t even know what these are or are afraid to use them? You’re missing out on the biggest networking opportunity of the technology age! Most of these sites have a getting started guide (or ask your kids).   • Get personal in your communications. Try sending a personal letter or email, or making a phone call. These things go a long way in building trust.
