Cooking With the Flameware Skillet

One of the things we love most about our Flameware is all the places that it can be used.

Be sure to spray it well before each use.  You will be happier when clean up time comes.
Vegetables are sauteed first.  Then, egg mixture is added.

Over medium heat, until bottom is set and top is slightly wet.

Skillet is placed under the pre-heated broiler.

Until top is puffed and set.
