10 things to build your Longaberger business...
  1. Create a Longaberger 'cause' to make lives better w/ Longaberger product.
  2. Love the 'cause'
  3. Look for people who are supportive or neutral (not negative)
  4. Localize the cost pain by showing how the 'cause' helps the person
  5. Allow a test drive
  6. Learn to give a demo
  7. Provide a safe first step (touch, feel, hold the product)
  8. Ignore pedigrees - some of my best customers should not have been
  9. Never tell a lie - credibility is everything
  10. Remember your friends - they may want to own Longaberger
What excites you?  That is your passion.  Find one or two products that you use and love, then tell about them.
Confidence comes from a lifestyle of emotional and mental diet and exercise:
  • Feed your mind good stuff. 
  • Load up on information (notebook, online, weekly updates).
  • Exercise your gratitude muscle. Gratefulness is a muscle, not a feeling. Thank 2 people each morning for what they did for you yesterday and 1 for how they will assist you today.  BTW, thank you for reading this!
