ReplyDelete2 weeks ago I mailed our new Fall Catalog to my out-of-town customers. Today I followed up on 19 customers. Wanted to let them know they were important and deserved good customer service and hoped they enjoyed their new catalog followed soon by our holiday supplement. Only spoke to 2 in person and left messages with the rest. I tried at least! Also ordered my Nov./Dec. Sale Flyer, today is cut-off date. Trying to go to one of the schools this week so teachers can taste some of the TLC foods!
